To manually import an EDB file to Office 365, you can use the following steps:

Prepare the EDB file. Make sure that the EDB file is located on a local drive or a network drive that is accessible to the computer where you will be importing the file. You may also need to defragment the EDB file before importing it.

Connect to Office 365. Go to the Office 365 Exchange Admin Center and sign in with your administrator account.

Create a new mailbox database. In the Exchange Admin Center, go to Mailboxes > Mailbox databases. Click the + sign to create a new mailbox database.

Import the EDB file. In the Exchange Admin Center, go to Mailboxes > Mailbox database. Select the mailbox database that you created in step 3 and click Import/Export data. In the Import data section, select Exchange mailbox (.edb file) and click Next. Enter the path to the EDB file and click Next. Review the import options and click Next. Click Finish to start the import process.

Map the mailboxes. Once the import process is complete, you will need to map the mailboxes from the EDB file to the new mailbox database in Office 365. To do this, in the Exchange Admin Center, go to Mailboxes > Mailbox database. Select the mailbox database that you created in step 3 and click Manage. In the Manage mailbox database window, click Map mailboxes. In the Map mailboxes window, select the mailboxes that you want to map and click Map.

Test the mailboxes. Once the mailboxes have been mapped, you should test them to make sure that they are working properly. To do this, send a test email to one of the mailboxes and have the recipient reply to the email.
