CSPs can manage their invoices and payments, track packages and shipments, access training and development tools, check and update their contract information, and connect with other FedEx Ground CSPs using the MyGroundBiz platform. Additionally, the portal offers news and updates on the most recent FedEx Ground regulations and practises as well as practical advice for enhancing operational effectiveness.
